Subject: Agenda for Muon Meeting during the LHCb week

Dear colleagues,

the muon meeting in the LHCb week is scheduled for

Tuesday, June 8 from 9:30 to 13:00 in building 32-SC-14
and
Wedneday, June 9 from 15:00 to 18:00 in building 1-1-25.

The prelimary agenda is as follows:

1.General information (~30 min): - Final discussion on the checklist for the various technologies
                                                      - Testbeam issues

2.Optimization Studies (~30 min): - Optimized Pad/Strip layout (Paul)

3.Background Studies (~20 min): - Update on background studies (Andrei)

Short coffee break, resume at 11:15 h

4.Electronics (~45 min):
              - Requirements for the FE-chip (Burkhard)
              - The SONY ASD developped for ATLAS TGC (Osamu Sasaki, invited speaker)

5.Prototype studies and testbeam analysis (~2 hours):
              - Electrical simulation of TGC prototype (Igor)
              - Final report about WPC performance (Alexei)
              - Results of the RPC testbeam analysis (Giovanni)
              - Rate estimation in the last testbeam and first MRPC results (Erica)
              - Results from ageing studies (Alexei)
